InTheWorld.travel is an innovative Travel Marketplace Community. The concept is to use Internet 2.0 technology to help global travellers easily find their preferred activities, excursions, sports, etc. around the world and travel suppliers to advertise their offers.
The portal is completely based on Travel Community concept.
It is possible to search consumers with same interest, or consumers that went in a particular tourist place, consumers that live in that place, consumers that went in sport school or tried some particular activity etc

Currently, only big suppliers can afford sufficient marketing investments to reach global consumers.
Smaller suppliers have to “wait” for the customer and can generally only advertise near preferred zones and with a limited marketing spend.
Our Travel Marketplace Community will allow small and large suppliers enter a restricted area and easily up-load their particular offerings, content, pictures, and videos. They can update this information as often as they like, including current availability, prices, new photos, etc. They can do all of this easily and on their own, borrowing from other on-line community concepts like YouTube and other active on-line communities. The site is based on the new concept of SGC (Supplier Generated Content)
The portal has to go beyond basic directories that simply have long lists of suppliers. InTheWorld.travel is committed to helping consumers evaluate suppliers’ real value and for suppliers to reach highly targeted consumers in an effective way.
The suppliers that will profit from the system can be all the outdoor activity suppliers, the tour and excursions suppliers, the sport schools, the instructors and guides (alpin, touristic, sports etc), the museums, the SPA and beauty centres, the parks etc.
